Job Title: Lead Trainer, Learning and Development

Job Overview:

This position requires a skilled professional to facilitate classroom/virtual training programs, develop content, and focus on skills development for front-line associates. The ideal candidate will lead and manage intervention-based learning, working closely with department heads to assess and evaluate training needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement soft skill training programs for various business units, in consultation with department heads, including assessment and evaluation methods.
  • Partner with business units to outline deliverables, expectations, and risks, including specific training needs.
  • Assess training and development needs through various resources available.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness.
  • Define ROI on every training program delivered.
  • Design training courses and content necessary to meet training needs.
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.
  • Act as a liaison with L&D and the business units to ensure consistency with practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovation in the L&D function.
  • Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization's code of conduct.
