Job Title: Training Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Training Lead to plan, direct, and coordinate training programs for our Teachers in the Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training modules in our Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance the knowledge and skills of our Teachers.
  • Create engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to specific audience needs and learning objectives.
  • Conduct effective training sessions via various platforms, fostering engagement and creating interactive learning environments through clear communication and facilitation skills.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and refine materials and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and resource management, collaborating with HR and department managers as needed.
  • Identify organisational training needs through performance reviews and skills gap analysis, prioritising initiatives and resource allocation accordingly.
  • Ensure training programs adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to trainers or coordinators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs and fostering professional development within the team.
  • Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and evaluation results, generating reports for management on training effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence or any other relevant degree related to Robotics.
  • Hands-on experience in training robotics for a minimum of 2 years or any equivalent.
  • Experience in leading teams of trainers is an additional plus.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
  • Outstanding oral, written, multitasking, and presentation skills are crucial.
  • Experience with MS Office and Online office Platforms is essential.

Work Environment: This is a Work From Office Job.
