Cloud Engineer Job Description

Azure Cloud Solutions are designed to deliver scalable and secure cloud environments for clients. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the Azure cloud environment, designing and implementing cloud solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor Azure cloud resources to ensure security and integrity of data
  • Design and implement cloud solutions that meet client needs and optimize cloud resources for cost-effective delivery
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate cloud services with existing systems and develop disaster recovery plans
  • Provide technical support and training to users to increase system performance and value

Required Skills:

  • Expert-level experience with Azure core services, including Compute, Storage, Network, and Security
  • Deep understanding of additional Azure services, including Virtual Desktop, Logic Apps, Analytics
  • Vast understanding of technologies including DNS, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory
  • Experience with version control systems (such as Git, Azure DevOps)
