About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Academic Counselor to join our team As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients, generating leads, and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Your primary goal will be to understand client needs and requirements, tailor solutions accordingly, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and target markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of minimum 1 year as an Academic Counselor or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
