Architectural Drafter Role
">This position involves translating conceptual sketches and architectural specifications into meticulous, construction-ready drawings using advanced CAD software.
">- Ensure Compliance & Quality:
- Apply your in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure all designs are compliant, safe, and of the highest standard.
- Work closely with our team of architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical (MEP) plans into a cohesive and flawless architectural design.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
- Use your analytical skills to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a significant plus.
- Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
- An Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
