Job Description:

  • GEO: Define and execute the geographic optimization strategy to increase inclusion in AI answers. Build a scorecard, create assets, structured data & entities, original research & datasets, open documents & APIs, and track freshness & provenance.
  • SEO: Implement full-funnel technical SEO with engineering, content architecture for 50 ideas, authority building through digital PR, expert co-authorship, guest posts, and partnerships.
  • SEM / Paid Growth: Manage Google/Bing/LinkedIn/Meta accounts, landing pages & CRO, and social & content engines.
  • Analytics & Ops: Discipline GTM/Tagging, dashboards, attribution, and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of experience in performance/growth marketing with deep hands-on SEO + SEM skills and measurable wins.
  2. Demonstrated AI-search/GEO work, strong technical SEO and paid search skills, analytics fluency, content systems experience, experimentation mindset, exposure to large language model tooling, and experience in B2B AI/tech categories.

What You'll Achieve:

  1. 30 days: Conduct a full audit, set baseline AAIR and LLM citations, develop a GEO Playbook v0.1, and plan Q3 experiments.
  2. 60 days: Ship schema coverage on top 200 pages, publish 2 original research pieces, launch 10-15 GEO experiments, reduce waste in SEM, and establish dashboards.
  3. 90 days: Achieve 20-30% inclusion on tracked AI prompt sets, develop 23 repeatable content AI citation playbooks, and boost pipeline lift from organic + AI-surface traffic.
