Job Title

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with business and project managers/scrum masters for overall implementation and support of CLM projects.
  • Must be a hands-on engineer, with multiple implementation experience and workflow configuration. Should be a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

">
  • Learn technical configuration in the tool quickly.
  • Understand business requirements and design of CLM developed for Deutsche Bank.
  • Perform configuration/implementation i.e. manage configuration changes and reporting.
  • Work with architects/platform owners and support their mission for program deployment.
  • Support issue investigation and resolution for incidents escalated to development/L3 within defined SLAs.
  • Perform release testing, report issues and resolve problems.
  • Ensure best practices implementation based on industry standards.
  • Involved in reviews, check feasibility of solutions and functional fitment as per DB standards and best practices.
  • Build knowledge by documenting configurations and enriching key operating principles.
  • Prepare and deliver maintenance documentation, update configuration workbook periodically.
  • Suggest process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices.

Requirements

">
  • 6-10 years of experience and at least 3 years in software configuration/support engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in workflow configuration in SirionOne CLM or similar products.
  • Technical knowledge of SFTP, Unix and data exchange mechanisms is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC & Agile processes.
  • Experience in procurement business process or contract lifecycle management is an advantage.
  • Strong customer focus with experience of working with cross-functional/cross-department teams.
  • A self-starter with strong organization skills, resolution management, and superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Articulate and experienced communicator able to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and virtual teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline (or equivalent work experience or diploma).
  • Sirion certification is an advantage.
