Job Description
We require a highly organized individual with excellent sales, analytical, and problem-solving skills to oversee the operational aspects of our ancillary products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel/hospitality/tourism sectors, including events, travel desk, trips/treks/adventure activities, merchandise, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies and procedures pertaining to operational aspects.Set up operational terms & conditions, delivery terms, quality assurance KPIs, product inclusions/exclusions, etc. for all ancillary products with 3rd party vendors.Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of the ancillary product sales as per company-prescribed standards and procedures.Identify new vendors continually across geographies to further optimize operating standards, pricing, service contracts, deals, etc.Coordinate with other teams in the company for cross-functional requirements.Conduct regular assessments and evaluations based on customer feedback & reviews.Maintain relationships with and liaison with the selected vendors & service providers.Work closely with regional teams to fetch high-quality work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the travel/tourism/aviation/hospitality sector with vast geographical knowledge (India and International).
  • Experience with adventure products, community-driven activities, travel desk, etc.
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in event management/hospitality/operations.
  • Strong organisational, sales, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well spoken, friendly and a great negotiator.
