We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to fill this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and integrating core mechanical components for laser machinery, as well as ensuring designs meet market demand with localized and personalized technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on competitors' products and independently design and integrate core mechanical components for laser machinery.
- Understand mainstream manufacturing platforms suited to local markets and supply chains, and continuously provide feedback to optimize product performance and configuration.
- Apply appropriate new technologies, processes, and solutions to local products and implement them on new machines.
- Design additional configurations per contract requirements and customize standard machines with optional features based on client needs.
- Handle after-sales design modifications for customized machines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
