Job Title: Zuora Consultant

We are seeking a skilled billing solutions expert with 2 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting subscription billing operations.

The role involves deploying and maintaining subscription models, pricing plans, and ensuring smooth subscription billing cycles.

  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of subscription models, pricing plans, and billing rules.
  • Support integrations between subscription systems and external platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Participate in requirement gathering with business and technical teams to deliver billing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in subscription billing, ensuring accurate invoice generation.
  • Support automation of recurring billing processes using workflows.
  • Generate and maintain standard reports related to subscriptions, billing schedules, and revenue recognition.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with subscription billing systems (2+ years).
  • Understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and invoice cycles.
  • Exposure to subscription product catalog setup, rate plans, and billing rules.
  • Basic knowledge of subscription integrations with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite preferred).
  • Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Subscription billing certification (Zuora Billing Certified Administrator) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models.
