Job Title: Azure Cloud Solutions Expert

Overview

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of cloud-based solutions using Azure technologies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, and software as a service, with expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting infrastructure services such as virtual machines, databases, storage accounts, application gateways, load balancers, and containers.

They will also have hands-on experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure services, including firewall rule configuration and disaster recovery processes.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures using Azure resources
  • Deploy and manage Azure tenants, subscriptions, and resource groups
  • Configure and troubleshoot Azure services, including virtual networks, subnets, and network security groups
  • Develop and maintain Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates for infrastructure as code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in administering Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps tools
  • Experience with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure as code (IaC) automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including backup and disaster recovery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
  • Desired certifications: AZ-104, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer
  • Additional technology areas and experience: Linux, PowerShell, BASH, cloud platform-specific automation tooling

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
