We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of ETL Developer with expertise in data warehousing concepts, strong SQL skills and experience in IBM DataStage. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integration solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  2. Design, develop, maintain and optimize ETL jobs using IBM DataStage, ensuring timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.
  3. Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation and validation, adhering to best practices and data modeling standards.
  4. Collaborate with data analysts and business users to identify requirements and design effective integration solutions.
  5. Perform manual and automated data validation and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and ETL failures, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  7. Develop reusable DataStage job components and follow data modeling best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  8. Monitor ETL jobs and manage dependencies via Job Sequencers or Airflow, ensuring smooth execution and minimal downtime.
  9. Document workflows, mappings and data dictionaries, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  10. Support cloud migration and integration initiatives, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
