About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and enhance Unix Shell Scripts to automate operational and support tasks.
  2. Manage job scheduling, dependencies, and batch cycles using Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
  3. Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
  4. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues and drive stability.
  5. Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  6. Participate in on-call rotation and adhere to SLA and escalation procedures.
