We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to modern business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable, automated solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint, with a proven ability to architect solutions, drive governance, and mentor junior team members. This position requires both hands-on development and strategic leadership, ensuring that all solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Migrate InfoPath forms into Power Apps, creating modern, user-friendly replacements.
  • Design and develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Create workflow automation using Power Automate to boost efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows, and governance policies for long-term maintainability.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Power BI dashboards for analytics and visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Azure services, and SPFx.
