Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of electrical system designs and power electronics architectures.
  • Define technical requirements, architecture, and component-level specifications.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling) on new products and systems.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with certification standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and validate design documents, test plans, and product specifications.
  • Establish standardization processes and identify common tools for integration.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Expertise in power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, and transformer/inductor design.
  • Proficiency in circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing, and validation.
  • Strong knowledge of modeling & simulation tools like Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM, and PCB Design tools such as Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
  • Experience with solar arrays, MPPT, battery, BMS, and wiring harness topics.

Desirable Skills:

  • Component level & system level certification and standards expertise.
  • Knowledge of aerospace and automotive domains.

Basic Requirements (education & relevant experience):

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
