Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting tasks using DATEV software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records and reports in accordance with German accounting standards
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring timely submission to the tax authorities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Reconcile accounts, manage ledgers, and ensure data integrity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using DATEV accounting software
  • Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and tax filing processes
  • Experience in preparing documentation for tax office closings
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Prior experience working in a German accounting environment or with German clients

Accounting and Tax Expertise Required:

As an accounting professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records and reports, supporting tax office closings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience using DATEV software.
