Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engineering manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and solutions.

This individual will lead diverse teams of engineers from various disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers to drive efficiency and productivity.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Product Roadmap Participation: Contribute to product discussions and provide inputs on design, modeling, and architectural decisions.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
  3. NFR Definition: Define non-functional requirements and build systems that meet those requirements.
  4. Quality Enhancement: Utilize tools and techniques to enhance code and design quality.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to build competencies in the team.
  6. Mentorship: Mentor team members for possible future roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering is required. The ideal candidate should have around 7-15 years of experience in delivery, development, and team management.

Expertise in EVM, Android-related technology, frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, and mobile technologies like Android is essential.

Strong personnel and project management skills, organizational, planning, and documentation skills, and proficiency in explaining complex information to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
