Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Utility Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves planning and attending predictive maintenance activities for utility equipment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge on maintaining multi-stage pumps, fuel and ash handling systems, dust extraction systems, bag filters, cyclomax, FD and ID fans, belt conveyors, air compressors, pneumatic equipment maintenance, condensate recovery systems, steam line maintenance, and steam trap troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the required technical services on emergencies at any time, installing and commissioning plant and machinery, and involving in project work. They will also implement quality improvement projects, Kaizens, 4Q projects, 5S audits, and safety initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintenance of documentation as specified by departmental rules and regulations
  • Allocation and control of manpower along with record of attendance and leave
  • Spares planning, getting required estimations, creating PR in SAP
  • Inspection of incoming material, issuing MR, and allocating it to the required technical person
