Software Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications. As a Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions that meet our business needs.

About the Role:

  1. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and test software applications using ReactJS and other relevant technologies.
  2. Implement Google Maps API integrations for location-based solutions and ensure seamless user experience.
  3. Work on optimizing application performance by applying code-splitting, lazy loading, and memoization techniques.
  4. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based services.
  5. Develop and maintain highly interactive web applications using ReactJS and Redux for state management.
  6. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance our software offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test software applications using ReactJS and other relevant technologies.
  • Implement Google Maps API integrations for location-based solutions.
  • Optimize application performance by applying code-splitting, lazy loading, and memoization techniques.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based services.
  • Develop and maintain highly interactive web applications using ReactJS and Redux for state management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software project requirements.
  • Perform regular code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Functional Components, Lifecycle methods).
  • Proficiency in Redux (middleware like Redux Thunk or Saga is a plus).
  • Experience with Google Maps API integration (Polygon, Polyline, Markers handling).
  • Hands-on expertise with IndexedDB for client-side data storage and caching.
  • Good understanding of real-time communication with socket.io or WebSockets.
  • Knowledge of Javascript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with API integration, JSON, and async programming.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
