Scientific & Medical Writer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our editorial team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced scientific and medical writer to provide quality leadership to individual editors and team members, sharing domain knowledge to support production activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of drug development and clinical research, as well as experience working in the AdisInsight Drugs RDI production process. Additionally, they should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make decisions to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality leadership to individual editors and team members.
  • Contribute to the running of internal Quality Management Systems and related processes.
  • Conduct quality checks, content validation, or other data assurance activities.
  • Support, guide, train, and resolve queries for other team members.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on quality and process issues.
  • Create and maintain quality documentation.
  • Identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
  • Strong understanding of drug development and clinical research.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the AdisInsight Drugs RDI production process.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership/management positions.
  • Strong quality process improvement mindset and customer perspective.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively coach, influence, and motivate individuals to achieve organizational outcomes and standards.
