We seek a highly skilled professional to oversee our manuscript review process, ensuring high standards of scientific rigor and editorial excellence.

  • Lead Review and Peer Review Teams to foster collaboration and drive efficiency
  • Oversee manuscript review workflow from submission to publication, optimizing throughput and reducing timelines
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and author experience
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize workflows

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in life sciences or related field
  • 7 years of experience in academic or scientific publishing
  • Proven expertise in peer review and editorial workflows, with success in leading teams

This role will ensure rigorous scientific and editorial standards while driving innovation and team success.
