Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Specialist to oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the company's overall financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management.
  • Prepare and file statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Knowledge of taxation rules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
