About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Audit Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing and assisting with audits, reviews, and compilations under US GAAP and US GAAS standards.
  • Analyzing financial statements and evaluating internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to clients.
  • Maintaining expertise in accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in the United States.
  • Conducting independent research on US GAAP and US GAAS to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Developing and managing audit plans to meet client deadlines.
  • Mentoring junior staff members to promote knowledge sharing and growth.

Requirements:

  • CPA (or in process) or CA certification with 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or US auditing CPA firms.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal skills, as well as ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry exposure: Commercial Real Estate.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills to effectively lead project teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a sense of urgency when approaching projects.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills to drive results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with knowledge of Caseware, Caseview, or IDEA being a plus.
