The role of a Human Resources Business Partner is pivotal in spearheading warehouse operations. To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups and have proven expertise in managing blue-collar workforces.

Key Responsibilities
  • The primary point of contact at the warehouse site will serve as the key liaison between the operational team and HR.
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture is crucial for productivity and morale.
  • Managing attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling requires coordination with operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handling employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution demands strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff require thorough planning and organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment etc.) is essential for risk mitigation.
  • Maintaining and updating HR records, documentation, and MIS reports is vital for informed decision-making.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices promotes business efficiency.

The successful candidate will be flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.

Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels are indispensable.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication can foster greater understanding.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance is necessary for smooth operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools enables efficient data management.
