Skillful Structural Engineer Wanted

  • Senior-level Structural Engineers with 5+ years of experience are needed to lead the way in our multidisciplinary projects.
About the Role

We seek highly skilled and experienced engineers who can collaborate effectively with directors, project managers, and construction managers to develop processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects within budget.
  • Work closely with clients and structural design and BIM engineers to produce creative designs.
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews.
  • Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  • Able to work independently on projects and handle teams.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software.
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings.
  • Structural design license.
