This challenging position involves applying structural modeling and civil engineering principles to deliver high-quality designs. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, and Advance Steel is essential for creating 3D/2D models and preparing drawings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drawings Preparations: Utilize AutoCAD, Tekla, or Advance Steel to prepare precise drawings.
  • General Arrangement Drawings: Create structure piperack/PEB structure general arrangement drawings.
  • Civil Foundation Drawings: Design civil foundation drawings/beam drawings.
  • Structural GA & Fabrication Drawings: Develop structural general arrangement & fabrication drawings including connection details.
  • Layout Drawings: Prepare layout drawings.
  • Cutting Layout Drawing: Create cutting layout drawings.
  • BOM's / MTO's Preparation: Prepare bills of materials/Material Take-Offs.
  • Familiarity with Bar Bending Schedule: Knowledge of bar bending schedules is an advantage.
  • As-Built Mark-Ups: Update CAD drawings with final mark-ups.
  • Shop Floor Issues: Address shop floor issues during fabrication.
  • Vendor Drawing Review: Review vendor drawings and provide comments.
  • Engineering Drawings Checking: Check and comment on engineering drawings.
