Program Manager Opportunity

Key responsibilities include leading Data Governance initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to identify data processing rules and requirements, contributing to the creation of digitalization frameworks, and coordinating team efforts.

This position involves close cooperation with respective stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the Data Governance program. It also entails identifying date resources, building inventory of Data Elements, interpreting internal and external business challenges, recommending best practices to improve data management processes, and contributing to strategic decisions.

  • Perform program management activities for Data Governance initiative.
  • Identify date resources and build inventory of Data Elements.
  • Closely cooperate with respective stakeholders to identify data processing rules, requirements.
  • Contribute and coordinate creation of digitalization framework for Data Governance program.
  • Support cooperation between teams involved in Data Governance program.
  • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve Nokia's data management processes and practices.
  • Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area.
  • Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
  • Contributes to development of concepts to determine professional direction of own organizational unit.
  • Often leads projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
  • Coordinate work of teams involved in implementation of Data Governance program.
  • Continuous monitoring of Data Governance program implementation progression.
  • Coordinate change management processes for Data Governance program according to agreed quality KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have:

  • IT oriented bachelor's degree
  • 5 years' experience on project manager or program manager position.
  • Good understanding of Telco market and telecommunication data processing environment
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Data Governance projects
  • Good understanding of common security, privacy and compliance requirements related with protection of data sets.
