We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This unique role requires a creative thinker who can drive the user experience and interface design for our core product while also taking ownership of our public-facing websites.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both UX/UI design and Webflow development, capable of creating intuitive, user-centric product designs and building complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites.

You will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for our users across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven personas and journey maps.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex structures and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
  • An impressive portfolio highlighting UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
