Agile Development Facilitator

As a Digital AI Content Scrum Master II based out of our BMS Hyderabad office, you are part of the Commercialization IT team that delivers content to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the agile development process of data products by facilitating communication and collaboration between the development team, stakeholders, and product owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating agile processes for the development team, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and prioritized based on stakeholder needs and requirements.
  • Removing impediments that may prevent the development team from completing their work on time and within budget.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between the development team, stakeholders, and product owners to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals, timelines, and requirements.
  • Managing risks that may impact project delivery, and proactively communicating these risks to stakeholders.
  • Coaching and mentoring the development team on agile methodologies and best practices to ensure that they are continuously improving their skills and knowledge.
  • Tracking project performance metrics, including velocity, burn-down rate, and team capacity, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 year proven working experience as a scrum master or as an agile Project Manager.
  • Hands on experience in managing budgets, timelines, issue, risks is a must.
  • 1-2 years of technology product development exposure is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform would be a plus.
  • Must also have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Functional knowledge or prior experience in Lifesciences Research and Development domain is a plus.
