Creative Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to drive the development of our luxe-sustainable brand.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for traditional Indian weaving patterns and modern contemporary design, with a keen eye for innovation and aesthetics. They will lead a 3-person design team in creating product collections that blend heritage and contemporary style, while ensuring commercial viability and global appeal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and implement the product creative vision and annual design strategy, broken down by seasons/quarterly collections
  2. Lead a 3-person design team to develop product collections
  3. Guide product development and sourcing strategies across categories (home decor, gifting solutions, woven furniture, etc.)
  4. Collaborate with artisans to modernize traditional techniques while preserving authenticity
  5. Ensure innovation in aesthetics, color palettes, material sourcing, and product finishing
