Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead software development initiatives, serving as both project manager and scrum master across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including business analysts, UI/backend developers, QA, devops, and support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, reviews/demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Deliver projects under fixed price and time & material engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams.
About You:
  • You have 13–16 years of experience in leading software development initiatives.
  • You are skilled in managing the entire product lifecycle.
  • You have expertise in coordinating with distributed teams.
  • You are experienced in driving agile ceremonies and delivering projects under various engagement models.
  • You have a strong track record of collaborating with stakeholders and identifying project risks.
