  • Investigate customer complaints and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Contribute to management review meetings by presenting quality metrics and recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure we remain compliant and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive meaningful insights.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
