Quality Assurance Specialist

Our team is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality in our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data testing and be proficient in Python and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that incoming, in-process, and final inspections are carried out effectively.
- Conduct thorough data testing to identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Take disposition action on non-conforming products and raise nonconformances as necessary.
- Prepare and review PPAP documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Approve final inspection reports and release products to customers after ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Initiate corrective actions for non-conformances and ensure that they are implemented and closed.
- Monitor nonconformances at customer end and initiate corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Follow up with periodical calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment's to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stop production in case of any non-conformance observed to prevent further defects.
- Participate in management review meetings to discuss quality-related matters and implement improvements.
