Visual Designer - Marketing Expert

We're seeking a skilled Visual Designer to spearhead the creative vision of our marketing team. Your expertise will be crucial in developing visually stunning assets that drive engagement and elevate our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create captivating campaign materials, event designs, and online presence elements that resonate with our audience.
  • Develop sleek sales enablement tools, including decks, brochures, and case studies, that effectively communicate our message.
  • Elevate long-form content into engaging formats, such as whitepapers and guides, that facilitate easy comprehension.
  • Collaborate with marketers to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outputs while contributing to the evolution of our branding guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the B2B space (agency experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, and web platforms.
  • Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs.
  • High-performing mindset—someone who delivers fast without compromising quality.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components.
