We are seeking a seasoned Sourcing Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor partnerships, ensuring timely production and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze production costs, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and develop effective sourcing budgets.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and partnership-building skills, as well as experience in contract manufacturing and apparel/fashion procurement.

As a collaborative team member, the successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sourcing operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze production costs and optimize supply chain processes to reduce expenses without compromising quality or brand integrity.
  • Develop and manage sourcing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to foster long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in contract manufacturing and apparel/fashion procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Leadership skills with cross-functional management.
