Key Responsibilities:- Source high-quality materials at optimal costs.
- Ensure prompt delivery of materials to sites and payment to suppliers.
- Optimize inventory levels by reducing lead times and controlling stock quantities.
- Identify and pursue alternative products and vendors to enhance value and reduce expenses.
- Expertise in construction materials and procurement processes.
- 7+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in real estate development.
- Strong understanding of property market dynamics, valuation, and legislation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.
