Job Description
We are seeking a customer success associate to work with our client executives and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training programs, events, and workshops, including all logistical support.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Niit Client Executives and Business Focal Points to drive continuous improvements and ensure smooth launch of new learning events.
- Foster regular engagement with Business Units and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis and share immediate and long-term fixes with the business.
- Set-up regular reviews with Business Focal Points to share updates on their portfolios.
- Ensure that Program Guides and Operational Guidance Notes are always updated.
- Support Regional Client Executives in managing Go/No-Go decisions for respective course items.
- Educate and guide services requestors on the value of using Learning Services and how to use processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in customer servicing, training administration, handling escalations, and excellent communication skills. They should also be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
