Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Controls Assurance team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in controls assurance/testing and a strong understanding of data governance, data quality, records management, and supplier risk.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of control design effectiveness assurance and operating effectiveness testing methodologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and evaluating risks associated with data governance, data quality, records management, people risk, supplier risk, premises, and GRCs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Developing and maintaining effective reporting and communication strategies for stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in controls assurance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent degree.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across a global team.
  • Experience in consolidating and processing information from multiple sources to create meaningful insights.
  • Relevant professional certification (CA, CIA, CS, MBA) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of process re-engineering (Lean / DMAIC / Value Mapping).
  • Experience working in a risk, control, audit, or governance function.
