About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Lead, where you will play a critical role in designing and developing the frontend architecture of our SaaS platform.

  • You will be responsible for crafting a fast, lightweight, and scalable UI that enhances user experience.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Solutions Architect: Design and develop highly efficient, scalable, and maintainable components, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.
  • Performance Optimization Specialist: Continuously monitor and optimize performance to ensure the platform is lightweight and responsive under high traffic conditions.
  • Code Quality Expert: Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development. Ensure comprehensive unit tests are in place for all functionalities.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that delight users.
  • Innovation and Improvement Champion: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Bring innovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging Specialist: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Code Review and Mentorship Leader: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to raise the technical bar within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proven track record of building high-performance, scalable web applications.
  • Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
  • Proficiency in version control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar for writing and maintaining unit tests.
  • Strong sense of UI/UX design, with an eye for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
