Music Educator Position

We are seeking a skilled music educator to develop and implement comprehensive music curricula for students of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching music using various styles and methodologies, from beginner to advanced levels.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing structured lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Effective communication with students and teachers is essential, as well as engaging, encouraging, and motivating students to achieve their musical goals.

Evaluation of student performance and provision of constructive feedback for improvement are crucial aspects of this role. You will conduct both group and individual lessons as required and prepare students for recitals, concerts, or school performances.

• Develop and implement music curricula for students of varying skill levels.
• Prepare and teach lessons that promote musical growth and development.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Plan and execute events such as recitals, concerts, and school performances that showcase student talent.

• Bachelor's degree in Music or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• 3–4 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Proven ability to train students for recitals, performances, or competitions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, creative, dependable, and passionate about music education.
