Job Title: Public Relations Officer

About the Role:

The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for managing the public image of the company and ensuring effective communication with the media and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external parties, to foster a positive company image.
  2. Coordinate appointments with government officials and oversee PR-related events, meetings, and other activities.
  3. Develop engaging content, including social media posts and press releases, to effectively communicate company news and updates.
  4. Monitor and analyze PR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize campaign performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date on market trends and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  6. Oversee VIP patient communications and coordinate logistics as needed.
  7. Project Management: Track progress, ensure timely completion, and report on project performance.
  8. Provide administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in crisis management and media training.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market developments.
