Job Description:

The purpose of the Commercial Data team in Advertising is to develop leading property and market data insights to power Real products.

This squad sits in the #1 place for commercial property and data in Australia.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Lead Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the globe, leading the design, development, and optimization of features.

As a Senior Lead Engineer, you'll focus on delivering thought leadership in advertising technologies.

Key responsibilities include leading initiatives with strategic focus, solving deep technical problems, supporting the Engineering Manager, and providing technical mentoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with advanced skills in designing solutions that scale and perform for millions of users.

Experience with SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling, data pipelines, data consumption, data analysis, documentation, data warehousing is required.

Knowledge of modern software development techniques, such as functional programming, microservice architecture, test-driven development and CI/CD, is also necessary.

Able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and understand business, customer and consumer needs.
