As a process associate, you will examine claims documents received, determine any required adjustments, distribute daily activities, and manage email addresses. You will also ensure timely and accurate processing of claim documents, identify potential claims to be escalated, and communicate changes to management.
This role requires a self-starter with good communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Management or similar is essential. Knowledge of Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and experience in VBA is highly desirable. Previous working experience on AML/KYC tools is also advantageous.
