Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Quality Assurance Expert to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer and strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues using tracking tools like JIRA and Bugzilla.
  • Developing testing documents such as STD, STR, SDD, and SRS.
  • Performing regression, functional, integration, performance, and usability testing.
  • Setting up and maintaining automation frameworks for continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Creating and executing appropriate test strategies and processes that align with business objectives and project timelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, and JUnit.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language - Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure adequate coverage and control.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Experience with API testing - Postman and RestAssured.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools - JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerised applications like Docker and Kubernetes.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • B.E / B.tech / MCA degree.
  • Certification in QA testing will be an advantage.
