Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer systems using high-tech methodologies
  • Designing, developing, deploying, and managing telephony, call center, and AI technologies
  • Experienced with Contact Center technologies (Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio, BrightPattern)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in applications development, AI, and related fields
  • Proficient in ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Twilio Flex, and other relevant technologies
