About the Role

You will create high-quality, SEO-friendly content across multiple formats and channels while maintaining editorial standards and managing calendars.

You will collaborate with writers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, engaging, and reader-friendly content for Indian and global audiences.

  1. Research relevant trends, hot and trending keywords, gaps in content online, to create fresh content for the Devotional space for Indian and Global users
  2. Create and translate content for various marketing collaterals/channels like eBooks, infographics, and quizzes in English and Hindi
  3. Set up content quality benchmarks and manage the quality of content being published
  4. Create a monthly and seasonal editorial calendar with the editorial team
  5. Commission articles from the writing team (both freelance and in-house) and ensure on-time delivery
  6. Evaluate and approve submitted articles for cohesiveness and maintaining the voice and freshness of the content
  7. Edit and rewrite articles, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writer for revision
  8. Edit and rewrite descriptions, website content, marketing communications, etc.
  9. Ensure all published content is of top-notch quality and reader-friendly
  10. Ensure all published content is SEO friendly
  11. Collaborate with multiple teams and deliver efficient results
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Excellent English/Hindi writing skills with the ability to research, structure, and deliver grammatically error-free content
  2. Fluency in Hindi/English speaking and writing
  3. An interest in the Devotional, Mythology, and Spiritual space
  4. A good understanding of data and the ability to gather insights for better results
  5. Accountability and initiative-taking skills
  6. A process-oriented mindset and scale thinking
  7. Experience in building teams and scalable processes
