Finance Content Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated finance content development executive to create high-quality training content for finance training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging financial and business skills content, creating assessments, maintaining a repository of created content, updating the Learning Management System (LMS), reviewing content developed by team members and freelance writers, and coordinating with graphic designers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development & Review:
    • Develop compelling financial and business skills content for various training programs.
    • Create evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Manage and update a repository of all created content.
    • Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new content.
    • Review content developed by team members and freelance writers.
    • Support the design and creation of client proposals and training outlines.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.
  • Product, Client and Trainer Support:
    • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
    • Facilitate client support activities through timely communication of issues.
    • Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for assigned trainings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or Economics.
  • At least one of the following certifications – MBA (Finance), CA, CA (Intermediate), ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees.
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
