We are seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in ensuring cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance of procurement activities.
- Sources and evaluates suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
- Negotiates prices and purchase orders with vendors to achieve best value.
- Maintains accurate records of purchases, pricing, and consumption data.
- Handles QC reports, rejections, and replacements.
- Monitors inventory levels and coordinates with warehouse and operations teams.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
- Identifies opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements effective procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with contract law and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
