Knowledge Management Content Lead

Knowledge Management Content Lead is a critical role within our Enterprise Service Management team. This position will be responsible for defining and overseeing end-to-end content lifecycle processes and quality standards for knowledge across the enterprise.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with service delivery teams to manage and review knowledge content to meet evolving stakeholder needs and improve self-service.
  • Define and maintain a knowledge management roadmap that drives timely and measurable progress towards content management goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate content accuracy, clarity, and relevance while ensuring high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee scheduled knowledge reviews and updates to sustain a reliable and current knowledge base.
  • Maintain and update knowledge management asset tracker and inventory to ensure full visibility into content ownership and lifecycle stage.
  • Monitor and analyze usage metrics and engagement data related to knowledge content to evaluate effectiveness and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver training and guidance to stakeholders on knowledge management standards, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7-11 years of experience in knowledge management, content development, or enterprise information systems
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing enterprise knowledge platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint)
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Highly organized and proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong project management capabilities
