  • Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time.

  • Key Responsibilities

    The Application Lead will be responsible for:

    • Handling Level 2 support incidents and change requests independently in SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) on S/4 HANA.
    • Gathering requirements from clients and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
    • Analyzing business processes from a customer perspective and providing recommendations to improve efficiency.
    • Designing and building SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) solutions and performing maintenance and support.
    • Working closely with developers to ensure requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time.
    • Writing test scripts and test cases and supporting Business users during UAT sessions.
    • Providing knowledge on role and authorization and supporting the creation of Master/Derived/Job roles as required by Business users.
    • Coordinating with the Solution Lead to ensure integration across the solution and utilizing good integration knowledge of SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) module with MM, SD, EAM, MOC, HCM etc.
    • Having good hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager & Service Now tools and being aware of Release management process in Service Now.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills and experience with SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) on S/4 HANA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather requirements from clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of business processes and the ability to analyze and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Experience with design and development of SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) solutions and maintenance and support.
  • Good integration knowledge of SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) module with MM, SD, EAM, MOC, HCM etc.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager & Service Now tools and awareness of Release management process in Service Now.
